Types of bookings at the RESA residence halls

At RESA , we adapt to your needs, and we offer you the chance to  book rooms for the whole academic year, for months, for weeks and for days.

To book a room , first select the type of booking:

• Academic year accommodation . Choose this option if you need a  room in a residence hall for a whole academic year (from September to June) or for more than a month: a quarter, a semester , etc. 

• Daily accommodation . The residence halls of the RESA Group have rooms that can be booked for days or weeks (periods of less than a month). This is an economical quality accommodation option for people connected to the university : lecturers, congress attendees, researchers, etc., or for members of the general public who need accommodation in Barcelona, Valencia, Alcalá de Henares…

• Group accommodation . If you are organising accommodation for 10 or more persons, then your option is group booking: sports teams, summer courses, conferences, congresses, cultural meetings, etc.

• Summer accommodation . The residence halls remain open in  July and August and are available to families, administrative staff, teaching and research staff, researchers, students and the general public, for accommodation during the summer season.
