The Hipatia Accommodations are especially designed for accommodating university students (requiring a higher level of autonomy than that supplied by our Giralt i Serrà residence hall), third-year or later students, grant holders, guest lecturers and other users visiting the Terrassa UPC Campus requiring quality accommodation for at least one month, always with the high comfort level of modern, functional facilities. 

Therefore, if you are a first- or second-year student, and are looking for accommodation in Terrassa, you can request a place at the Francesc Giralt i Serrà Residence Hall , also located in the university campus.

The University campus of the Terrassa UPC  is right in the city centre. Thus, whether you belong to the university community or are staying temporarily staying in Terrassa for other reasons, we can supply you with a quality accommodation within an area offering all kinds of services.

The Hipatia University Accommodations are open every day of the year, which means that you have the possibility of extending your contract for as long as you need.  In summer, some of its places are used for accommodating organised groups and the public in general for a few days or weeks.
