Accommodation prices  at the Blas de Otero Residence Hall in Bilbao

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room. These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days in Bilbao, you may go to daily accommodation or summer accommodation, if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation.

We have vacant places for the 20011/12 academic year!

 Should you be interested in making a reservation of over one month (until 30/06/12), fill in the advance registration form for the 2011/12 academic year.

2012/13 accommodation prices

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 10 months starting on 01/09/2012 and ending on 30/06/2013, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of the common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (10 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (32.50 €/month to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption) and the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Payment on account of the first monthly fee

After filling in the advance registration form for the place in this website, you will have to make an advance payment of 150 € in order to guarantee your advance registration application. If you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from the first monthly fee.

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. For stays shorter than 3 months, the guarantee deposit will be one monthly payment +  1 month of consumptions.
