Accommodation pricesof the Giner de los Ríos Residence Hall in Alcalá

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room. These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days in Alcalá, you may go to daily accommodation or summer accommodation, if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation.

2012/13 academic year prices

If you are already a resident of Giner de los Ríos, you may refer to the new accommodation promotions of the next  academic year.

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for a term of 10 months starting on 01/09/12 and ending on 30/06/13, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of the common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards gas and water (10 €/month, fixed quota), consumptions of air conditioning/heating and D.H.W. (domestic hot water) (33 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (7 €/month to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption) and the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Payment on account of the guarantee deposit

Having filled in the present website’s advance registration for a place, you will have to make an advance payment of 200 € to guarantee your advance registration order. If you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from the guarantee deposit.

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments, discounting the amount paid on account (200 €). For stays shorter than 3 months, the guarantee deposit will be one monthly payment + + 1 month of consumptions.

Special promotion for residents who wish to renew their place for the next 2012/13 academic year

- Renew your place for the next academic year before 31 May and you shall get a 5 % discount in all monthly fees.

•  Single room (and with a shared kitchen): 415 €/month
•  Double room: 289 €/month
• Suite apartment (single use):  601 €/month
• Suite apartment (double use): 374 €/month

- Besides, you can also extend your contract for the present academic year until 31 July and remain FREE OF CHARGEduring the month of August FREE OF CHARGE* with the following advantages:

•  Remaining in the same studio as this year during the academic year 2012/13
•  Leaving all your belongings at your room until the beginning of the new academic year.
