Accommodation prices Pere Felip Monlau residence hall in Barcelona

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room.These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days, you may go to  daily accommodation or  summer accommodation , if you are more than 10 people, go to  group accommodation.

2012/13 accommodation prices

*Full academic year: new residents will sign a 12-month contract starting on 01/09/12 and finishing on 31/08/13. Full course stays will be given priority.

Prices person/month. Including: VAT, accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, use of common areas.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (17 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (33 €/month, which amount is regularised at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption of the room) along with the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Registration

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make the registration payment. This amount will be for covering the expenses for advance registration management and processing:

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. In the case of stays of less than 3 months, the deposit will amount to one monthly payment + 1 month of consumptions.
