Accommodation prices at the Tomás Alfaro Fournier Residence Hall in Vitoria

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room. These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days in Vitoria, you may go to daily accommodation or summer accommodation, if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation.

2012/13 acommodation prices

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 10 months starting on 01/09/12 and ending on 30/06/13, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of the common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (10 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (32.00 €/month to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption), and the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

 

Advance payment for the first month

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make an advance payment of 150 € to guarantee your advance registration request. If you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from your first monthly payment.

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. For stays of less than 3 months, the deposit will amount to one monthly payment +  1 month of consumptions.
