10. Is the registration fee reimbursable at the end of the stay?

The registration is never reimbursable at the end of the stay; it is an amount that, in addition to booking the place, serves the purpose of covering the costs of the management and formalisation of the lease contract in the event of the booking being definitively formalised. Only deposit is reimbursed at the end of the stay discounting the hours of cleaning and if there has not been any problem either in the room or in relation to non-payment.
