25. Does the price include water and electricity?

No, water, electricity and gas consumptions are paid for separately. A fixed amount is paid, this being included in the monthly bill. The electricity payment is regularised at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption shown on the individual meter of the room. For water and gas, the amount is a fixed one and it is not regularised at the end of the stay. In the Sant Jordi (Tarragona) and Siglo XXI (A Coruña) residence halls, water consumptions are included in the monthly fee.
