Investors and collaborating companies: ideas that come true

The partners of the RESA Group constitute the origin, the starting point, the element that make it possible for these new ideas for the university world to come true.

RESA works within the framework of the adjudication by a university or city council of a land or the right to use it for the construction, financing and subsequent use of the residence halls. At the end of the period agreed upon, RESA returns the land and building to the grantor.

It is for this purpose that the RESA Group has constituted several property companies, which hold the ownership of the administrative concessions or rights of use of land. These societies are known as SIRESA’s (which stands for Company Investing in Residence Halls) plus a word related to the university, city or region where the residence hall will be implanted.
