Online contracts and booking confirmation process 2008/09 academic year

If you have been admitted at the residence hall, please read more about what you have to do for confirming your reservation.

  • The 4th of august 2008 we will send you by e-mail the letter of acceptance with the general clauses (conditions) of the contract (PDF format). Both documents are merely informative.
  • The 8th of august we will send you by e-mail data for accessing the Users zone of the RESA website.

In order to carry out the definitive formalisation of the contract, it is essential for you to take the following steps before 25th August 2008:

If you are a new resident:

  1. Accept the general contract clauses (conditions) of the contract via the Users Zone of the RESA website.
  2. Pay the guarantee deposit (bond) at the account number specified.
  3. Send the following to the residence hall by postal mail:
  • Two copies of the Internal Rules of Procedure, which you will find at the Users Zone, in the section “Other contractual documents”, duly filled in and signed, duly filled in and with all their pages signed.
  • The bank debit form you will find in the Users zone, section “Other contractual documents”, duly filled in and signed.
  • The bank receipt of the payment of the guarantee deposit (bond). You will find the information for the payment of the guarantee deposit (bond) in the Users zone, in the section “Particular clauses”, in point C2.
  • A photocopy of the ID/Passport.
  • Two ID-sized photographs, with your name and surname(s) written on the back.
  • A photocopy of the university registration corresponding to the 2008-09 academic year (if you have not sent it yet).

If you already are a resident:

  1. Accept the general clauses (conditions) of the contract via the Users zone of the RESA website.
  2. Pay for the regularisation of the guarantee deposit (bond) into the account number indicated if the amount is positive.
    If the bond regularisation amount is negative (in your favour), it will be discounted from the first monthly payment of the 2008/09 academic year, which means you will not have to deposit anything in the account of the residence hall.
    You will find the information for the payment of the regularisation of the guarantee deposit (bond) in the Users zone, in the section “Particular clauses”, in point C2.
  3. Send the following to the residence hall by postal mail:
  • A photocopy of the university registration for the 2008-09 academic year via postal mail (if you have not sent it yet).
  • Two ID-sized photographs, with your name and surname(s) written on the back.
  • The bank receipt of the payment for the regularisation of the bond.

Those students not residing in Spain will only have to send the receipt of the guarantee deposit (bond) to the fax number of the residence hall. The other documents will have to be submitted at the residence hall on the day of your arrival.

WARNING: if these documents are not received within the term specified, the reservation will be annulled.
