Estefanía Robles, winner of the Christmas postcard contest 2008

Estefanía Robles has won the Christmas postcard contest that RESA organises each year and which is open for all its residents.

Estefanía Robles, born in Sabiñánigo, in the Aragonese Pyrenees, came to Barcelona 2 years ago, and has been living since then at the Campus de Mar residence hall in Barcelona. She’s in the third year of her Biology studies at the Pompeu Fabra University.

She has stated the following on the design of the postcard:
"I got the idea of combining the most everyday elements with Christmas, which is a time when people apparently believe that everything must change in relation to the rest of the year: décor, gifts, the famous “Christmas spirit”, people congratulating each other … And yet, it’s the same people, no better and no worse than the rest of the year.
This is my idea: the Christmas of everyday life, of what is always there."
