Accommodation prices - As Burgas Residence Hall in  Ourense

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room.These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation in Ourense for a few days , you may go to daily accommodation  or summer accommodation , if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation .

We still have vacant places for 2012/13.  Offers until June 2013.

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 10 months starting on 01/09/13 and ending on 30/06/14, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, use of the common areas and VAT (10%).

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (8.50 €/month) and electricity (32 €/month, both to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption). And telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Advantages for  existing residents

• If you renew your place and remain in the residence hall during the whole summer,  you will be discounted July and August , and only paying for consumption expenses. You may also leave your personal effects in your room at no cost.
• And also, special discounts for residents’ brothers or sisters .

Advance payment for the first month

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make an advance payment  (120 €)  to guarantee your advance registration request. If you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from your first monthly payment.

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. For stays of less than 3 months, the deposit will amount to one monthly payment +  1 month of consumptions.

Optional services

These are services that can be hired separately.

• Weekly room cleaning service (except for the kitchen): 33 €/month
• Weekly sheet and towel delivery service: 25 €/month

 Agreement of the University of Vigo for Erasmus or IR grant students

 If you are an Erasmus student or have an IR grant to study at the University of Vigo, check the special prices and accommodation conditions of the As Burgas Residence Hall, in agreement with the University of Vigo.
*Eligibility for the offer requires sending the residence hall the acceptance letter of the Erasmus or IR grant.
