Accommodation prices - Siglo XXI Residence Hall in A Coruña

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room.These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation in Ourense for a few days, you may go to  daily accommodation or  summer accommodation , if you are more than 10 people, go to  group accommodation .

We have vacant places for the 20011/12 academic year! 

Should you be interested in making a reservation of over one month (until 30/06/12), fill in the advance registration form for the 2011/12 academic year.

* Academic year- 12 months: a contract will be signed for 12 months with the possibility of extension for full monthly periods.

** Academic year-10 months : a contract will be signed for 10 months starting on 01/09/12 and ending on 30/06/13, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, use of the common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (8.50 €/month) and electricity (32 €/month), both to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption. And telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Registration

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make the  registration  payment.  This amount will be for covering the expenses for advance registration management and processing:

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. For stays of less than 3 months, the deposit will amount to one monthly payment + 1 month of consumptions.
