Accommodation prices at the Hernán Cortés Residence Hall in Salamanca

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room. These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days in Salamanca, you may go to daily accommodation or summer accommodation, if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation.

Should you be interested in making a reservation of over one month (until 30/06/12), fill in the advance registration form for the 2011/12 academic year. 

2012/13 accommodation prices

*Full academic year: a 9-month contract will be signed, starting on 14/09/12 and ending on 14/06/13, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

BB: bed and breakfast

FB: full board service

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, FB, HB or BB from monday to sunday (except university holidays), weekly room cleaning service, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna use of the common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the water (11.50 €/month, fixed quota) gas (30 €/month), and electricity consumptions (12 €/month, to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption) and the telephone calls, which shall be paid for separately.

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to one monthly payment. For stays shorter than 3 months, the guarantee deposit will be one monthly payment +  1 month of consumptions.
