If you are going to spend a few days in Salamanca, the Colegio de Cuenca Residence Hall will offer you single and double rooms for this type of stay, thanks to which you will be able to enjoy the benefits of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom of your own, and of the common areas, facilities and services of the residence hall.

The Colegio de Cuenca Residence Hall is located in the Miguel de Unamuno University Campus, which means it makes perfect accommodation if you have come to do a course, attend a seminar, a conference, etc., or are simply on holidays, for the city is a mere 15 minutes away on foot.

Price per room/night, VAT included. The prices include:

Daily price: accommodation, cleaning of the room (kitchen excl.) and towel replacement on working days. Change of sheets every three days.

Weekly price (only for stays of more than 6 nights): accommodation, weekly cleaning of room (kitchen excl.), weekly change of sheets and towels.
