Accommodation prices for 2013/14

This year our  accommodation offer is better and more complete :

• New accommodation packages . Like this, you can choose whatever you want and pay for what you need, whether it be  the more comfortable and complete option  (accommodation + supplies + room cleaning + full board) or the more basic option of accommodation, to which you may add more services as long as you need them: cleaning, sheet and towel delivery, half board, full board, etc.)

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 9 months starting on 14/09/13 and ending on 14/06/14, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. VAT (10%) included.

Consumptions

Option 1: The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (15 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (40.50 €/month, to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption), and telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Option 2: Electricity supplies are included up to 11 €/month. Telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to 1.5 monthly payments.

Special promotion for residents who wish to renew their place for the next 2013/14 academic year

-  Renew your place for the 2012/13 academic year and you shall get a discount in all monthly fees.

•  Single room with a shared kitchen:  399 €/month (the last year 449,10 € /mes )
•  Single room with kitchen: 299 € /month ( the last year     399 € /mes )
•  Double room (new): 220 €/month
•  Suite-type double room (individual use):  330 €/month  ( the last year 539,10  €/mes )

- Besides, you can also extend your contract for the present academic year  until 31 July  and remain during the months of July and August FREE OF CHARGE  with the following advantages:

•  Remaining in the same room as this year during the academic year 2012/13.
•  Leaving all your belongings at your room until the beginning of the new academic year.
