Accommodation prices of the Damià Bonet Residence Hall in Valencia

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room.These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days, you may go to   daily accommodation or   summer accommodation , if you are more than 10 people, go to   group accommodation.

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 9,5 months starting on 15/09/12 and finishing on 30/06/13 or 10 months starting on 01/09/12 and finishing on 30/06/13, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, use of common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (10 €/month, fixed quota), electricity consumption of S.H.W (sanitary hot water) (33.50 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (7 €/month to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption) and the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Payment on account of the first monthly fee

After filling in the advance booking registration for of this website, you will have to make an advance payment of 200 € in order to book a place. Once you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from the first monthly payment.

Guarantee deposit

When you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. In the case of stays of less than 3 months, the deposit will amount to one monthly payment payment + consumptions.
