Accommodation prices- Emperador Carlos V Residence Hall in Granada

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room. These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days in Granada, you may go to daily accommodation or summer accommodation, if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation.

*Full academic year : a contract will be signed for 9.5 months, starting on 24/09/11 and ending on 11/07/12, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, half board (from Monday to Friday), fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna use of the common areas.

Regarding the half board, you can choose lunch or dinner upon previous communication at reception at the beginning of the course. If you chose dinner, you will also be able to purchase the lunch tickets at the University Canteen, which means you will enjoy a full board. The dinners will be served packed, and cannot be eaten within the University Canteen.

You can hire the canteen breakfast and dinner service and purchase the meal ticket every day. This ticket sale service only works at midday.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (18.00 €/month, fixed amount), electricity (35 € in a single room with a shared kitchen, 32.50 € in a single room without a kitchen and 25 € in a double room without a kitchen, which will be included in the monthly bill and be regularised at the end of the stay according to the consumption of each room) and the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Registration

After filling in the advance registration form, you will have to pay for the registration. This amount is for covering the advance registration management and processes:

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to 1.5 monthly fees.
