Accommodation prices- Emperador Carlos V Residence Hall in Granada

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room. These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester , etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days in Granada , you may go to  daily accommodation or summer accommodation , if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation.

Accommodation prices for 2013/14

This year our  accommodation offer is better and more complete.

• More economical and complete prices. This year, the prices will include the half board service as well as water and electricity/ supplies.  
• We have eliminated the registration payment.
• More  flexibility in the start and end dates of the accommodation contract .
• Like this, you can choose whatever you want and only pay for what you need, whether it be the more comfortable and complete option (accommodation +full board + supplies) or the more basic option of accommodation + supplies only, to which you may add more services as long as you need them: cleaning, sheet and towel delivery)

There are  two types of stay at the Emperador Carlos V Student Residence Hall :

• Academic year: 9.5 months
• Intermediate stay: 1 - 9  months

*Full stay: a 9.5-month contract will be signed, starting on any day of the second half of September. 

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, half board (from Monday to Friday), water and electricity supplies (up to 35 €/month. See booking conditions), fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, use of the common areas and VAT (10%).

Telephone calls will be paid for separately.

It is possible to choose the options of accommodation only, accommodation and breakfast and accommodation with full board.

Should you be interested, please contact the student residence hall. Regarding the half board option, you may choose lunch or dinner upon specifying your choice at reception at the beginning of the year. If you choose dinner, you may also acquire the lunch tickets on a daily basis at the University Canteen and thus enjoy a full board service. Dinners will be served in a pack and may not be consumed within the premises of the University Canteen.   Ticket-sale service only works at midday.

Special offer for residents who renew their place before 31/05/13.

• More competitive prices than in the previous year.
• If you extend the contract from 9.5 to 12 months, you will be discounted two and a half summer months .  You may also leave your personal belongings at the room free of charge
• You will be given preference to choose the room or, if you prefer, to remain in that of the previous year.
• Special  discounts for brothers or sisters.

Guarantee deposit (bond)

If you are accepted into the student residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit of 650 €.

Optional services

These services can be hired separately:

• Weekly room cleaning service (kitchen excluded): 33 €/mes.
• Weekly sheet and towel delivery service: 25€/mes.
• Car parking space: 45,50 €/mes (con acceso directo a la residencia) / 30 €/mes (con acceso no directo a la residencia).
• Motorcycle parking space: 24 €/mes.
• Free bicycle parking space.
