Summer accommodation at the Carlos V Residence Hall, the alternative to a hotel or apartment in Granada

This summer you can enjoy your holidays in Granada , in the Emperador Carlos V Residence Hall . We have different types of accommodation (single and double rooms with a bathroom).

The residence hall is the alternative to a hotel in Granada or a rented apartment . It is a friendly, quiet accommodation centre, where you will be able to enjoy some magnificent views of the city of Granada .

Emperador Carlos V is located in an exceptional area; well connected with the city centre (on foot) and just a few minutes away from the Cartuja Monastery .

Summer accommodation prices (01/07/13 - 31/08/13)

Price per room/night, VAT included (10%).

The rate A, for bookings from one day, includes:  accommodation, cleaning of the room and towel replacement on working days. Change of sheets every three days.

The rate B, for stays from 4 nights, includes the accommodation. For reservations for more than 6 nights, the prices include a cleaning of the room and a weekly change of towels and sheets.

The rooms with air conditioning have a extra charge of 3.50 €/day

Price per room/month. VAT included (10%). The monthly price include the first sheet and towel delivery service, water and electricity consumptions, that will be paid a part (55 €/person in single room and 45/person in double room). 

The monthly price include the first sheet and towel delivery service. Then, you can contract the optional services: weekly room cleaning service (33 €/month), weekly sheet and towel delivery service (25 €/month).

Additional bed: 15 €/person/night. Only for children under 12 according to availability. Additional set of towells: 4 €/person Cot: free of charge (only for children under 2 and according to availability) Car parking space: 7 €/day, 30 €/week (limited places, check availability in advance)
