Accommodation prices of the Erasmo Residence Hall in Madrid

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room. These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester , etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days in Madrid, you may go to   daily accommodation or summer accommodation , if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation .

We have vacant places for the 2012/13 academic year! Prices and bookings until 30/06/2013.

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for a term of 10 months starting on 01/09/13 and ending on 30/06/14, with the possibility of a 12-month expansion.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota , computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of the common areas and VA (10%).

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (10.50 €/month, fixed quota), electricity consumption of S.H.W (sanitary hot water) (21.50 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (15.50 €/month to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption) and the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Advance payment for the first month

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make an advance payment to guarantee your advance registration request. If you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from your first monthly payment:

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments.For stays shorter than 3 months, the guarantee deposit will be one monthly payment

Optional services

These are services that can be hired separately.

• Weekly room cleaning service (except for the kitchen):  33 €/month
• Weekly sheet and towel delivery service: 25 €/month
• Car parking space: 30.50 €/month
• Motorcycle parking space: 23 €/month
• Covered bicycle parking service: 10.00 €/month (if you make a reservation of 10 months, the price will be 8 €/month). More information and bookings at the reception of the residence hall.
