The Francesc Giralt i Serrà Residence Hall is located in the Campus of the UPC of Terrassa, a few minutes away from the city centre and with excellent communications with Barcelona via RENFE, the Ferrocarriles (trains) of the Generalitat and the different bus services. It provides perfect accommodation if you have come to do a course, attend a seminar or a conference, etc., or simply spend a holiday.
 Terrassa was one of the great Modernist and industrial cities in Catalonia in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

During the industrial era, monuments were erected, industrial complexes were built and this same era saw the creation of modernist residential complexes of great historical value.

The daily price includes: accommodation, cleaning of the room and towel replacement on working days (kitchen excl.). Change of sheets every 3 days.

The weekly price (only for stays of more than 6 nights) includes: accommodation, weekly cleaning of room (kitchen excl.), weekly change of sheets and daily change of towels.
