The Francesc Giralt i Serrà Residence Hall is located in the Campus of the UPC of Terrassa, very near the School of Advanced Industrial Engineering of Terrassa, the University School of Industrial technical Engineering of Terrassa, the Nursing School, the School of Optics and Optometry, Photography, Campus Building, the Centre of Image and Multimedia Technology and the Vapor Universitario building. The residence hall is next to the parking lot of the School of Advanced Industrial Engineering of Terrassa, in Ramón y Cajal Street, on the corner with Ricardo Wagner.

How to get to the Campus of the UPC of Terrassa

The Campus of the UPC of Terrassa is in the inner part of the city and is composed of different schools at small distances from one another. To go to Terrassa (which is more or less 25 km from Barcelona), you can use various means:

1. By airplane from Barcelona Airport. There are trains at the airport station from 6:13 am to 10:43 pm passing every 30 minutes. You will only have to change trains at Plaça Catalunya and then go to Terrassa or Manresa.

2. By train from Barcelona. You can take the RENFE trains at the following stations: Sants, Catalunya, Triomf i Arenal. The services of the FFCC ( Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat) trains also reach Terrassa.

3. By car from Barcelona . Terrassa is connected to Barcelona by Highway C-58 and with motorway  N-150. Both roads should be taken at the north of the city from the Avenida Meridiana. One can also take Highway A-2, leaving the city through Avenida Diagonal, southwards, and go from Highway A-7 to C-58 towards Terrassa.
