The residence hall has four suit rooms, which consist of two spaces separated by sliding doors: the living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom in one, and double bedroom in the other. It also has two single-space suite type double rooms.

The Manuel Agud Querol Residence Hall is located in the Campus of Ibaeta, a 10-minute walk from Ondarreta beach and a 20- minute walk from the famous Concha beach. Visitors, during daytime, will be able to enjoy the old area, which is the most popular and colourful part of San Sebastián, while at night they can go to the Promenade, which is full of night establishments with a direct access to the beach. Other places worth visiting are Plaza de la Constitución and San Vicente Cathedral.

Prices per room/night. VAT included. Including: accommodation, cleaning of the room (kitchen excl.) and towel replacement on working days. Change of sheets every three days.
