Accommodation prices of the Manuel Agud Querol Residence Hall in San Sebastián

The prices vary according to the type of room. These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days, you may go to daily accommodation or summer accommodation, if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation.

2013/14 accommodation prices

Prices per person, VAT included (10%).

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 10 months starting on 01/09/12 and ending on 30/06/13, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

For stays of less than 10 months:

Once the term for registering for the full year stays is over, in the event of there still being vacant places, we will start the assignation of places for stays of less than 10 months. From the student residence hall, we shall contact those persons accepted for this type of stay.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of the common areas and VAT(10%).

The only additional expenses are:

•  Electricity consumption: 11.00 €/month*. This is a fixed amount that will be included in the monthly receipt. This amount will be regularised at the end of the stay according to the consumption recorded in the individual meter of every room.
•  Water consumption: 5.25 €/month*. This is a fixed amount that will be included in the monthly receipt.
•  Gas consumption: 17.50 €/month*. This is a fixed amount that will be included in the monthly receipt. 

*Water and gas consumptions will be regularised at the end of the stay on the basis of theconsumption and in accordance with the criteria approved by the follow-up Committee. The will be made on June 2013 and it will fix the consumptions prices for the liquidations of stays.

Payment on account of the first monthly fee

After filling in the advance registration form for the place in this website, you will have to make an advance payment in order to guarantee your advance registration application, the amounts being as follows:

If you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from the first monthly fee.

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. For stays of less than 3 months, the deposit will amount to one monthly payment  +  1 month of consumptions.
