Summer accommodation at the Manuel Agud Querol Residence Hall, the alternative to a hotel or apartment in San Sebastián
San Sebastián is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain, a place where tradition and modernity rub shoulders, where gastronomy has become an art and the sea is part of the city. All in all, it is an ideal place for spending one’s holidays surrounded by nature and culture.
This summer you can enjoy your holidays in San Sebastián, at the Manuel Agud Querol Residence Hall. We have a wide variety of accommodations (single and double rooms with a bathroom and kitchen and double space rooms, consisting in two spaces separated by sliding doors: living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom in one, and a double bedroom in the other. It also has two one-space suite-type double rooms).
The residence hall is the alternative to a hotel in San Sebastián or a rented apartment. It is notable for its facilities, as well as for the comfort of its rooms.
Manuel Agud Querol is located in an exceptional area; 10 minutes from Ondarreta beach and a 20-minute walk from the famous Concha beach.

Daily service accommodation, cleaning of the room (kitchen excl.) and towel replacement on working days. Change of sheets every three days.

Weekly service (for stays of 7 nights or more): accommodation, weekly cleaning of the room (kitchen excl.), weekly change of towels and sheets.
** The single rooms (double use) do not include the use of the kitchen.
