Definitive admited students list

If you are admitted to the Rector Ramón Carande Residence Hall, you will have to do the following in order to formalise your advance registration:

1. Fill in the online form of the RESA (www.resa.es) and make the payment of the guarantee deposit/bond, which corresponds to 1 monthly fee, between 20th and 24th July.  Those existing residents who are admitted will have to call the residence hall in order to determine the amount to be paid (regularisation of the guarantee deposit/bond)
2. Fax (+34) 954 236 541 the bank receipt of the payment of the guarantee deposit/bond between 20th and 24th July. 
3. The Rector Ramón Carande Residence Hall will e-mail the accommodation contract to those students admitted: 3th August.
4. The Rector Ramón Carande Residence Hall will e-mail the access codes to the user’s zone of the RESA website so that the student accepts the accommodation contract online: 8th August.
5. All the students admitted will have to send the following documentation to the residence hall before 22nd August:

• Two duly filled copes of the form (original documents) and a copy of the bank authorisation.
• 2 ID-sized pictures.
• 1 photocopy of the ID or Passport
• A photocopy of the registration at the University of Sevilla, corresponding to the academic year 2011/12.

Students of the first year should register in the university in July; otherwise, they will have to unregister.

The guarantee deposit/bond will be regularised for FORMER RESIDENTS and they will have to contact the residence hall (Telephone number +34 954 323 000) before 21^st July so as to be informed of the amount they will have to pay. New residents will have to pay a monthly fee’s worth as a guarantee deposit/bond before 21^st July July. 

NOTE: If the payment of the guarantee deposit/bond is not made before 24th July, the booking will be annulled.
