If you are going to study at the University of Seville (US), the Rector Ramón Carande Residence Hall will offer you 376 places distributed into 95 housings with a kitchen and living-dining room and 3 or 4 single and double rooms.
All the housings have 2 bathrooms, a telephone, heating, air conditioning (in the living room), computer connection with Wi-Fi Internet access, television antenna and a satellite receiver.
It also has 19 double space rooms (for single or double use) consisting of two spaces: living – dining room and a kitchen on the one hand, and a double room on the other hand.
The residence hall also has special rooms, adapted for disabled people.

1. Single rooms. A single room gives one the greatest independence within the residence hall.
2. Double rooms. For those who like sharing everything and enjoy constant company.

The housings are totally furnished and include kitchenware, pre-installed connections for personal computer and telephone extension, so you do not have to bring anything from home.
