Summer accommodation at the Rector Ramón Carande Residence Hall, the alternative to a hotel in Seville

All of this, along with its people, make it an ideal place for spending a few days’ holiday and relax with one’s partner, family or friends.
This summer you can enjoy your holidays in Seville, in the Rector Ramón Carande Residence Hall. We have a wide range of accommodations ( apartments with a living-dining room, kitchen, 3 or 4 rooms and bathroom or double space rooms, with a maximum capacity for 2 persons, with a bathroom and kitchen).
The residence hall is the alternative to a hotel in Seville. It is notable for its facilities, as well as for the comfort of its apartments and rooms. It is located in an exceptional area; well connected with the city centre (both on foot and by bus) and just a few minutes from the María Luisa Park.

Price per room or apartment/night, VAT included. The daily service includes: accommodation, cleaning of the room (kitchen excl.) and towel replacement on working days. Change of sheets every three days.
The weekly service (minimun stays of more 7 nights) includes: accommodation, weekly cleaning of the room (except for the kitchen), weekly change of towels and sheets.
