Accommodation prices 2012/13 academic year

We offer you two types of accommodation so that you can choose the option closest to your lifestyle.  Don’t forget to see the options of the dining service.

** Special promotion for residents who wish to renew their place for the next 2012/13 academic year, before April 30th 2012

Full academic year 2012/13*: a contract will be signed for 10 months starting on 01/09/12 and finishing on 30/06/13.

Advantages for former residents:

• The same price as in the year 2011/2012 is maintained.
• 4 free months at the Corner 4 Gym (located on the university campus) for contracts of 9.5 orr 10 months, 2 free months for intermediate stays.
• Choice of room or maintenance of the same room as that of the previous year.
• August will be free of charge (only water, electricity and SHW consumptions will have to be paid) if you renew your place and stay during the summer months (July and August).

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (18 €/month), consumption of air conditioning/heating and  S.H.W (sanitary hot water) (32 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (10 €/month, which amount will be regularised at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption of the room), along with the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Payment on account of the first monthly fee

After filling in the advance booking registration for of this website, you will have to make an advance payment  in order to book a place. Once you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from the first monthly payment.

Guarantee deposit (bond)

When you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit (bond) of  1,000 €. 

Dining service

The Aramark restaurant is located on the ESADE Campus, and students there will be offered the breakfast (from 7:45 am to 10:30 am), lunch (from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm) and dinner (8:00 pm to 10:00 pm) service from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Hiring this service entails a permanence of at least 3 months, starting from its first date of use. Once this period (3 months) is finished, the student will be able to either renew or cancel the service.

• Lunch service from: 75 €/month
• Dinner service: 103 €/month
• Dinner service from Monday to Friday: 132 €/month

Dinner Pack

Enjoy the irresistible tastes of the buffet service at FresCo restaurant from Sunday to Thursday. The dinner includes: salad buffet, pizza, pasta, desserts and one drink. If you also stay at the weekend, you’ll have a special price for dinner.
