Admitted students list 2011/12 Academic year (updated el 21/07/11)

The admitted students list will be actualized every week until all available places are taken.

Admitted students in the residence hall:

After the 22nd of July, those students admitted will receive an informative e-mail with the general clauses (conditions) of the accommodation contract in PDF format. Before the 25th of August, admitted students will have to send the following by postal mail to the Sant Jordi residence hall (Residencia Universitaria Sant Jordi. Av. Lluís Companys, 5. – 43005 Tarragona - Spain):

New residents:

Two duly signed copies of the rules (original documents)
A copy of the bank authorisation.
The bank receipt as proof of the payment of the guarantee deposit (bond) (2 monthly payments).
2 ID-sized photos.
1 photocopy of the ID or passport.
A photocopy of the registration of the URV registration (3^rd cycle), corresponding to the 2011/12 academic year.

Former residents:

A copy of the bank authorisation.
The bank receipt as proof of the payment of the regularisation of the guarantee deposit (bond).
2 ID-sized photos.
A photocopy of the registration of the URV registration (3^rd cycle), corresponding to the 2011/12 academic year.

All residents must notify the date of arrival planned before 25/08/11 by electronic mail (apartamentsuniversitaris@urv.cat) or telephone (+34 663 143 771).

Not admitted students in the residence hall:

The return of the registration payment of those students who have not been accepted or in the event of justified cancellations will become effective starting on 17/10/11, by means of a bank transfer, as long as you have provided us with the complete current account number in the online advance registration form. Those students not residing in Spain will be returned the registration payment and/ or guarantee deposit (bond) by cheque after the 17/10/11. Bank expenses resulting from this shall be borne by the student.
