Accommodation prices at the Campus de Montilivi Residence Hall in Girona

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room.These are the prices for  stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester , etc.

If you are  looking for accommodation for a few days in Girona , you may go to  daily accommodation  or  summer accommodation , if you are more than 10 people, go to  group accommodation.

We still have vacant places for 2012/13. Offers until June 2013.

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 9 months starting on the day of entering the residence hall (01/09/13) with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of the common areas and VAT (10%).

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water, gas and electricity, for which the fixed amount of 57.50 € will be paid every month (does not include air conditioning consumption).

Special offer for residents who renew their place before 31/05/13.

• More competitive prices than in the previous year. 
• July and August free of charge , only paying for consumption expenses. You may also leave your personal effects in your room at no cost. 
• You will have a preference to choose the room or, if you prefer, to remain in that of the previous year.
• Special discounts for residents’ brothers or sisters

Advance payment for the first month

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make an advance payment to guarantee your advance registration request. If you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from your first monthly payment.

Guarantee deposit

Once you are accepted into the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit (bond) of 500 €.

Optional services

These are services that can be hired separately.

• Weekly room cleaning service (kitchen excluded):  33  €/mes.
• Weekly sheet and towel cleaning and delivery: 25 €/mes.
• Free car, motorcycle and bicycle parking space.
