Accommodation prices of the Colegio de Cuenca Residence Hall in Salamanca

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room. These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days in Salamanca, you may go to daily accommodation or summer accommodation, if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation.

2011/12 accommodation prices

If you are already a resident of Colegio de Cuenca, you may refer to the new accommodation promotions of the next 2011/12 academic year.

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 9 months starting on 14/09/11 and ending on 14/06/12, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of the common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (13 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (41.50 €/month, to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption), and telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to 1.5 monthly payments. For stays of less than 3 months, the deposit will amount to one monthly payment.

Special promotion for residents who wish to renew their place for the next 2011/12 academic year

- Renew your place for the 2011/12 academic year and you shall get a 15 % discount in all monthly fees.

•  Single room with a shared kitchen: 424 €/month
•  Suite-type double room (single use): 509 €/month
•  Suite-type double room (double use): 314 €/month

- Besides, you can also extend your contract for the present academic year until 31 July and remain FREE OF CHARGEduring the month of August FREE OF CHARGE with the following advantages:

•  Remaining in the same room as this year during the academic year 2011/12.
•  Leaving all your belongings at your room until the beginning of the new academic year.
