This summer you can enjoy your holidays in Granada, in the Emperador Carlos V Residence Hall. We have different types of accommodation (single and double rooms with a bathroom).

The residence hall is the alternative to a hotel in Granada or a rented apartment. It is a friendly, quiet accommodation centre, where you will be able to enjoy some magnificent views of the city of Granada.

Emperador Carlos V is located in an exceptional area; well connected with the city centre (on foot) and just a few minutes away from the Cartuja Monastery.

Prices

Summer accommodation prices (01/07/12 - 15/09/12)

Price per room/night, VAT included. The prices include:

Daily price: cleaning of the room and towel replacement on working days. Change of sheets every three days.

Weekly rate (minimum stays 4 nights):  weekly cleaning of the room, weekly change of towels and sheets.

The rooms with air conditioning have a extra charge of 4 €/day

Monthly stays special offer (01/07/12 to 15/09/12)

Price per room/month. VAT included. The monthly price does not include the cleaning service of the room, water (single room: 18 €/month, double room: 36 €/month) and electricity consumptions (Single room: 34 €/month, double room: 50 €/month), that will be paid a part. The electricity consumption will be regularised at the end of the stay.

The monthly price include the first sheet and towel delivery service. Then, you can contract the optional services: weekly room cleaning service (31.85 €/month), weekly sheet and towel delivery service (38.80 €/month).
