Accommodation prices- Lesseps Residence Hall in Barcelona

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room.These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days, you may go to  daily accommodation  or  summer accommodation, if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation.

2011/12 acommodation prices

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for12 months starting on 01/09/12 and finishing on 31/08/13. Full course stays will be given priority.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (15.50 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (40 €/month, which amount is regularised at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption of the room) along with the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Registration

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make the registration payment.  This amount will be for covering the expenses for advance registration management and processing:

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments.For stays shorter than 3 months, the guarantee deposit will be one monthly payment + consumptions.
