Accommodation prices- Los Abedules Residence Hall in Pamplona

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room. These are the prices for stays of more than a month: an academic year, a semester, etc.

If you are looking for accommodation for a few days, you may go to daily accommodation or summer accommodation, if you are more than 10 people, go to group accommodation.

20011/12 academic year

We have vacant places at the Abedules Residence Hall! Should you be interested in making a reservation of over one month (until 30/06/12), fill in the advance registration form for the 2011/12 academic year.

2012/13 accommodation prices

If you are already a resident of Los Abedules, you may refer to the new accommodation promotions of the next 2012/13 academic year.

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 10 months starting on 01/09/12 and finishing on 30/06/13, with the possibility of a 12-month extension. This price will be applied to the foreign students of the International Relations programme of the UPNA, for stays of 1 -10 months.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, gas consumption, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (14,50 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (11,50 €/month, to be regularised at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption of the room) along with the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Advance payment for the first month

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make an advance payment of 150 € to guarantee your advance registration request. If you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from your first monthly payment.

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. In the case of stays of less than 3 months, the deposit will amount to one monthly payment + 1 month of consumptions.

Special promotion for residents who wish to renew their place for the next 2012/13 academic year

- Renew your place for the 2011/121 academic year before 31 May and you shall get a 10 % discount in all monthly fees.

•  Single room: 423 €/month
•  Single room with a shared kitchen: 423 €/month

- Besides, you can also extend your contract for the present academic year until 31 July and remain FREE OF CHARGEduring the month of August* with the following advantages:

•  Remaining in the same room as this year during the academic year 2012/13
•  Leaving all your belongings at your room until the beginning of the new academic year.
