Facilities and services of the Residence Hall in Barcelona

At Torre Girona Residence Hall, specializes in accommodating third-cycle students, you will find numerous facilities and services conceived to make your as comfortable as possible. Living in the Torre Girona Halls of Residence is more than living in a room: it is a place for cohabitation and for sharing experiences that will enrich your stay in Barcelona.

• Self-service launderette: this works with cards (1.5 € for the washing machine and 1.5 € for the spin dryer)

Services:

• Wi-Fi Internet service in the comun areas 
• Vending service. Food and drink vending machines.
• Daily press. The residence hall has a subscription to the newspapers  The Vanguardia, El País and   Avui.
• Reception. Customer service hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 11 pm, and at weekends and on holidays from 8 am to 8 pm. There will always be somebody at reception to help you.
• Cleaning service of the common areas. The room is your responsibility but, if you want, you can optionally hire the weekly cleaning service.
• Maintenance service. Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 am to 1 pm. If something breaks down, call us and we shall solve this as soon as possible.
• Caretaker services. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 pm to 8 am. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 8 pm to 8 am.
• Lending service. Laptops, irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners and table tennis bats. If you leave your ID at reception, we shall lend you these articles, you will not have to bring anything from home and it does not take up room space.
• Laptop computers lending service
• Café service. From Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 10 a.m. Except for July and August (7:30 am-9:30 am)

Optional services: these services may be hired separately.

•  Weekly room cleaning service (kitchen excluded): 32.65 €/month
•  Weekly sheet and towel delivery service: 39.70 €/month
•  Car parking space : according to availability. Ask to the reception.
