RESA, a young and dynamic team

At present, RESA generates 200 jobs, 130 of which are part of the company personnel, while 70 are outsourced (mainly during the summer).

RESA Group: we manage over 6,700 places

Our numbers speak for themselves: 6,700 places in 26 residence halls act as an endorsement for our trajectory and make us the leaders within the sector of Spanish university accommodation.
