Accommodation prices Campus del Mar residence hall

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and of the type of room.

2010/11 academic year

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 9.5 months starting on 15/09/10 and finishing on 30/06/11, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (14 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (30 €/month, which amount will be regularised at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption of the room) along with the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Registration

After filling in the advance registration form, you will have to pay for the registration. This amount is for covering the advance registration management and processes:

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. For stays shorter than 3 months, the guarantee deposit will be one monthly payment.
