Accommodation prices.

The prices vary according to the duration of the stay and the type of room:

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for a term of 10 months starting on 01/09/10 and ending on 30/06/11, with the possibility of a 12-month expansion.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota , computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of the common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (9 €/month, fixed quota), electricity consumption of S.H.W (sanitary hot water) (14 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (21 €/month to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption) and the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Advance payment for the first month

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make an advance payment to guarantee your advance registration request. If you are accepted, this amount will be discounted from your first monthly payment:

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments.
