Meeting rooms renting

In addition to an excellent accommodation option in Barcelona’s city centre, the Investigadors CSIC-Generalitat de Catalunya Residence Hall also offers the possibility to rent the Meeting rooms, Auditorium and Amphitheatre of the CSIC residence hall by days.

This has it own audiovisual facilities as well as simultaneous translation services and a Wi-Fi Internet connection in the whole building.

Meeting room

The Meeting room has a maximum capacity for 20 persons and is equipped with a projector, a PA system, Wi-Fi broadband Internet and a hall for receiving participants / attendants.

2009 rates

• 1: Act requested by the Presidency of the CSIC and by the Innovation, Universities and Business Department, the Generalitat of Catalunya, or made in collaboration with the Investigadors Residence Hall: FREE OF CHARGE.
• 2: Act requested by any Institute of the CSIC or a research centre linked to the Innovation, Universities and Business Department (Universities) and non-profit institutions belonging to the area of science and/or culture:

10 or more overnight stays	Between 0 and 9 overnight stays
80 €/day	120 €/day

• 3: Acts not meeting the conditions in 1 and 2 (Private Companies within the area of science and/or culture): 200 € (projector included).

If you hire the room for 2 days, we shall make a 10% discount and from 3 days onwards, we shall apply a 20% discount. The prices include: PA system, Wi-Fi Internet connection, reception room and technical assistance. VAT not included.

Auditorium and Amphitheatre

The residence hall has an Auditorium with a capacity for 110 persons as well as an Amphitheatre for 45. Both rooms have PA systems and a Wi-Fi broadband Internet. The auditorium also offers a simultaneous translation service, videoconference and video recording facilities, and it is equipped with a projector and a projection screen.

If you hire the room for 2 days, we shall make a 10% discount and from 3 days onwards, we shall apply a 20% discount. The prices include: PA system, Wi-Fi Internet connection and technical assistance. VAT not included.

The Auditorium and the Meeting room can only be rented from Mondays to Fridays. Please refer to the conditions for the weekends.
