Accommodation prices in Complexo Residencial O Castro in Vigo.

2010/11 Academic year

The prices vary according to the duration of the stay and the type of room:

	Full academic year (10 months)*	Intermediate stay (between 1 and 10 months)
Single room with a kitchen	270.17 €	324.20 €
Single room with a shared kitchen	270.17 €	324.20 €

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 10 months starting on 01/09/10 and ending on 30/06/11, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of the common areas and VAT.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (9 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (36 €/month, to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption), and telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Registration

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make the registration payment. This amount will be for covering the expenses for advance registration management and processing:

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. For stays of less than 3 months, the deposit will amount to one monthly payment.
