Admitted students in the residence hall:

After the 28 July those students admitted will receive an informative e-mail with the general clauses (conditions) of the accommodation contract in PDF format. Before the 17 August, admitted students will have to send the following by postal mail to the residence hall:

Two duly signed copies of the accommodation contract (original documents)
Two duly signed copies of the rules (original documents)
A copy of the bank authorisation (with the same account number specified at the advance registration form)
The bank receipt as proof of the payment of the guarantee deposit (bond) (2 monthly payments).
2 ID-sized photos.
1 photocopy of the ID or passport.
A photocopy of the registration of the Politècnica de Catalunya University, corresponding to the 2010/11 academic year.

No student will have access to the residence hall if they have failed to carry out this process. It is essential to register at the university in the month of July; otherwise, you will have to inform the residence hall to unregister.

Not admitted students in the residence hall:

The return of the registration payment of those students who have not been accepted or in the event of justified cancellations will become effective starting on 15/10/10, by means of a bank transfer, as long as you have provided us with the complete current account number in the online advance registration form. Those students not residing in Spain will be returned the registration payment and/ or guarantee deposit (bond) by cheque after the 15/10/10.
