Admitted students in the residence hall:
After the 21 July those students admitted will receive an informative e-mail with the general clauses (conditions) of the accommodation contract in PDF format.
Before the 25 August, admitted students will have to send the following by postal mail to the residence hall:

• Two duly signed copies of the rules (original documents)
• A copy of the bank authorisation.
• The bank receipt as proof of the payment of the guarantee deposit (bond) (1 monthly payment).
• 2 ID-sized photos.
• 1 photocopy of the ID or passport.
• A photocopy of the registration of the university corresponding to the 2010/11 academic year.

The former residents will only have to accept the accommodation contract and send two ID-sized photos and the regularisation of the guarantee deposit, if necessary. If you are admitted after the 25 August, you will have to accept the online accommodation contract and send this documents before you day of arrival to the residence hall.

Not admitted students in the residence hall:
The return of the registration payment of those students who have not been accepted or in the event of justified cancellations will become effective starting on 15/10/10, by means of a bank transfer, as long as you have provided us with the complete current account number in the online advance registration form. Those students not residing in Spain will be returned the registration payment and/ or guarantee deposit (bond) by cheque after the 15/10/10.
