We are sure that you have occasionally imagined living in a place where everything is near and where you could share moments with friends and colleagues as well as have everything you need readily available. Such is the case of RESA. Our residence halls have numerous facilities and services conceived for your enjoyment.

- TV and DVD room

- Personal mailbox
- Self-service launderette: this works with cards (1.5 € for the washing machine and 1.5 € for the spin dryer)
- Parking lot
- Free bicycle parking space
- Café
- Adapted rooms
Services:
- Vending service. Food and drink vending machines.
- Daily press. The residence hall has a subscription to the newspapers The Vanguardia, El País and Avui.
- Management and reception. Customer service hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 11 pm, and at weekends and on holidays from 8 am to 8 pm. There will always be somebody at reception to help you.
- Cleaning service of the common areas. The room is your responsibility but, if you want, you can optionally hire the weekly cleaning service.
- Maintenance service. Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm. If something breaks down, call us and we shall solve this as soon as possible.
- Security service. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 pm to 8 am. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 8 pm to 8 am.
- Lending service. Irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners and table tennis bats. If you leave your ID at reception, we shall lend you these articles, you will not have to bring anything from home and it does not take up room space.
- Café service. From Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 9:30 am and from 1 pm to 3:30 pm. Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 10 a.m.
Optional services: these services may be hired separately.
- Weekly room cleaning service (kitchen excluded): 30.59 €/month
- Weekly sheet and towel delivery service: 37.34 €/month
- Car parking space: 30.00 €/month. 10 €/day (consult availability)
