Accommodation prices

The prices vary according to the length of the stay and the type of room:

	Full academic year (10 months)*	Intermediate stay (between 1 and 10 months)
Single room	480.28 €	688.50 €
Double space room (single use)	-	861.00 €
Double space room (double use)	-	1,033 €**

*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for10 months starting on 01/09/09 and ending on 30/06/10, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

**Price per room/month.

Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of common areas and VAT. The price for intermediate stays (between 1 and 10 months) includes the weekly cleaning of the room.

The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (12.50 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (31 €/month, which amount is regularised at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption of the room) along with the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.

Registration

After filling in the advance booking registration form of this website, you will have to make the registration payment. This amount will be for covering the expenses for advance registration management and processing:

Guarantee deposit

If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments.
