This is the good life

We manage more than 11.000 accommodation spaces in 40 university residences and other types of accommodation located in 21 Spanish cities. This makes us the most important and extensive network in the country.

We are proud to have a team of 180 professionals who work daily to anticipate and meet the needs of college students, their families and more than 30 Spanish universities who trust and recommend us.

Our concept of
university accommodation.

We know that the university public is increasingly diverse, demanding and specialized. We commit to listen to the students and provide accommodation models and complementary services to suit their profile.

In short, our goal is to be an important part of their resident life in this crucial stage of their development as individuals. For this purpose, since 1992, we have designed the experience in our residences based on three main ideas:

Create modern,
versatile and
functional
residences and

accommodations
that make the
residents feel
at home.

Select and train
professionals whose
work will ensure
the comfort and safety
of our students,
24 hours a day and
365 days a year.

Create a range
of sports, leisure and
cultural activities
designed to promote the
integration of our students
both within the residence
itself and their new city.

Our accommodation concept combines the freedom enjoyed by the resident (made-to-measure timetables, private spaces and common areas, optional services available, etc.) along with the responsibility that comes from being part of a community and immersed in the enriching stage of life that is attending university.

Our activity.

During the academic year, we offer accommodation solutions tailored to the needs of each campus: full-term accommodation for degree students, accommodation for months for internationally mobile students, weekly or daily for teachers and researchers, and even residences specifically designed for masters and postgraduates programs.

During the summer months, our main activity is complemented by housing sporting and cultural groups, conference attendees and, in general, groups related to the educational community.
