The communal areas are meeting and entertainment points: multipurpose rooms, co-working spaces, fitness room, cinema room, outdoor pool, leisure areas, shared kitchens where you can cook and have after-dinner conversations, and a spectacular rooftop with sea views.
Our combined and flexible service means that we can offer various types of stays for different types of clients and adapt to their needs: from one day to a few months.

Valencia is a magnificent city thanks to its location and cultural value, and a great option for carrying out your degree studies. The beach, monuments and gastronomy are but a few of the great characteristics of Turia the capital, as well as its parks and gardens that will turn your walks into real outdoor adventures. The Mediterranean Sea of course provides great things to do, as well as the historical centre of the city and its emblematic neighbourhoods of Ruzafa and Eixample. And we must not forget the Fallas, one of the most renowned festivals not only in Spain but worldwide.
All of this establishes Valencia as a multicultural centre, providing students with everything they need to begin their university and professional life.
A privileged location
There is so much to discover in Valencia and Resa Patacona is in an ideal location to reach any part of the city.
It is a short distance from Patacona beach, a fantastic urban beach, a natural extension of Malvarrosa Beach. It is in a quiet residential area but with all the services you need. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and all kinds of shops. It has it all!
Moreover, university campuses, such as the University of Valencia, are only a 20 minutes’ stroll from Resa Patacona. And, best of all, there is easy access to the city centre; it is just a stone’s throw from the number 31 bus line and close to lines 19, 92 and N1.
*The entrance to the Resa Patacona building is located in Paseo Serra d’Espadà. You will know that you have arrived because you will see our amazing neon facade. To give you a clear reference point, you will also find a gas station close to the building.
