Resa Moncloa opened its doors in september 2021 in the capital, specifically in the heart of Moncloa and Ciudad Universitaria, one step away from the main faculties of Madrid. The location is unbeatable and it is very well connected to the rest of the city by public transport. You’re going to love it!
We know how important it is to take advantage of your time as a student. For this reason, living here will allow you to have the university very close and, at the same time, enjoy the university environment so that you integrate from the first moment. You will be surrounded by spaces where you can practice sports or outdoor activities such as the Parque e Santander, Dehesa de la Villa or the Alfonso XXIII Royal Botanical Garden. Right in the university environment
Resa Moncloa is located in Ciudad Universitaria, one step away from the main faculties, in the middle of the university environment. Just a few minutes on foot you will find a wide range of facilities: supermarkets, bars and restaurants, hospital, green areas … Everything you need at your fingertips!
It is very well connected by public transport. A few meters away you will find the L6 and L7 metro lines, the closest stops are Guzmán el Bueno, Vicente Aleixandre and Ciudad Universitaria.
In addition, the medium and long-distance train stations of Nuevos Ministerios and Moncloa are also located in the area.
