Welcome to Claudio Coello Residence Hall

you are coming to study in Madrid and you want to live in an exceptional area, well connected to the rest of the city and surrounded by everything you’ll need in the city centre, Claudio Coello is the Residence Hall for you. Enjoy its new studios and suites (single and double, Superior and Attics, all of them including private bathroom, climate control, fridge and microwave, and some also equipped with full kitchen and terrace), and its facilities (multimedia rooms, Roof Terrace with solarium and swimming area, gym, dining room and cafeteria…)

Located in the Salamanca neighbourhood, one of the most exclusive areas in the city, the residence hall is 5 minutes walking from IE and 10 minutes from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales de la UPM and EAE Business School. It’s perfectly communicated by public transport with the Ciudad Universitaria of Madrid, hosting most of the private and public universities (UCM, UPM, CUNEF, CEU, Antonio de Nebrija, and so on), and with the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, but to mention a few.

After a full renovation, the Claudio Coello Residence Hall has become one of the most modern and complete student accommodations in the city.  All rooms, studios and suites are fully-renovated and equipped, with bathroom, climate control, WiFi, etc. The building has many facilities and services to enhance your stay: Roof Terrace with solarium and swimming pool, multimedia rooms, gym, canteen, meal plans (half-board or full-board), room cleaning and provision of towels/bed linen, among many others.

A space for living and studying at your own pace. Enjoy the freedom of a residence hall, open 24 hours a day, all year round.

Welcome to Madrid

Madrid offers a wide variety of cultural, gastronomical and leisure activities which any other city would find hard to beat. If you study in Madrid you must visit the Prado Museum, have tapas in the Latina area on Sundays, enjoy the sunset from the Debod temple and why not enjoy the Madrid night life, including student Thursdays.

Furthermore, if Madrid stands out in any way, it's for its wide range of university studies.

The city's world-class universities attract students from across the globe to carry out their degrees and spend the most unforgettable years of their lives here.
