We are back in Madrid with a new residence hall, an urban oasis in one of the most exclusive districts of the capital that will captivate you by its design, features and magnificent location in Chamartín, a residential area just a step away from the Cantoblanco Campus of the UAM.

Paseo de la Habana Residence Hall is attached to the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, IED and Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid and its doors are open to the entire university community.

The Paseo de la Habana Residence Hall for students is located in the Chamartín district, an elegant residential area with exclusive shops, restaurants… It is surrounded by gardens and parks that are ideal for sports, walking and relaxing, and close to stores, bars, restaurants and all kinds of services.
The location is also perfect for getting around the city as it is within easy reach of public transport (Metro, suburban trains and bus). Chamartin Station is only 15 minutes from the residence hall and is a hub for suburban trains, medium and long distance trains (AVE), and also the Metro. From Chamartín Station you can take the direct train to the Cantoblanco Campus of the UAM
