In the Moncloa district in the north-east of the city, the building is just a few meters from the faculties of top universities of Madrid: Complutense de Madrid, Politécnica, San Pablo (CEU), Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI-ICADE), CUNEF and IE Business School, among others.

The best part is the good communication with the city center thanks to its position close to the metro stations of Vicente Alexandre or Guzmán el Bueno, where you can take the Circular line and buses service 132, 45, 2, F, C1, C2, 82, G, U, 865, 202, 127.
